If you’re visiting the North Carolina State Fair, we invite you to stop by Safety City near Gate 10. The Edenton Police Department is proud to partner with the Governor’s Highway Safety Program to promote awareness about impaired driving and the dangers it brings to our roadways. Working together with the Governor’s Highway Safety Program helps us bring important safety education to our community and also provides funding for equipment such as radars and other traffic related tools that keep our roads safer. Come say hello, learn something new, and help us spread the message that safety begins with all of us. We hope to see you there!
