I may have taken home this week’s ribbon, but every dog was a winner in my book. I must confess, winning was not as easy as it looked. I was the center of attention in the family. It was quite amusing watching everyone in the Long fam view the votes as they increased. It was a family game, kinda.
The fam’s taking this pretty seriously so I want my other pals to know – this is all on them – and I love it. So if you’ve got a pup, put him or her up. It’s more than just a contest for me. It’s a picture in a frame sitting proudly where people can put my paws in a selfie…
Now I have to five a big paws-up to Gizmo in second place. You kept me looking over my shoulder, pal.
Finnegan took third, bringing plenty of charm to the race. Isabella “Izzy” claimed fourth, proving a little dog can have a mighty big cheering section.
And Waylon and Willie rounded out the top five. Two dogs, twice the charm. Now that’s tough competition.
